Privacy Policy
Precision Demolition & Clean-Up, L.L.C. does not sell submitted information, does not use inquiries for ad profiling, and only collects information voluntarily submitted through the estimate form or direct contact you initiate. Only what you submit is collected, and only to respond, estimate, review, or operate the requested service.

What Is Collected
- Information you type into the Precision estimate form (name, email, phone, city, project details, selected service, and similar fields).
- Optional photo uploads on estimate requests (JPEG, PNG, WebP).
- Messages you send to precisiondemolition@protonmail.com or through other public contact channels you choose (for example Instagram).
- Standard web server and security logs that Cloudflare may process when you load pages or submit forms (IP address, request metadata, bot/security signals).
Why It Is Collected
- To respond to estimate requests and follow up on submitted work.
- To prepare estimates, scope reviews, and written work orders.
- To maintain basic site security, deliverability, and abuse resistance.
What Is Not Done
- Submitted information is not sold to data brokers or marketers.
- Inquiries are not used to build ad profiles or retargeting audiences.
- Forms are not designed to harvest unrelated personal data beyond what you choose to submit.
- Precision does not claim that no third party ever processes data — see infrastructure below.
Email & Encryption Limitations
Website forms use HTTPS in transit to Cloudflare Pages Functions, but that is not the same as end-to-end encryption from your device to an operator inbox. Email delivery through Resend and receipt in an operator mailbox involve additional hops, providers, and inbox security choices.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or highly sensitive credentials through public forms.
Infrastructure Roles
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are received by Cloudflare Pages Functions, which validate and route intake before email delivery. Cloudflare may process request metadata for hosting, security, and performance.
Form payloads are transmitted to Resend for email delivery to Precision operators for manual review. Resend processes message content and delivery metadata as part of sending mail. Photo uploads may be referenced in email metadata; storage handling is described in Policies — Photo uploads.

Retention
Submitted information is kept only as long as needed to respond, estimate, operate services, maintain business records, or resolve disputes — unless you request deletion and removal is reasonably practicable. Precision does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule for every channel (email archives, backups, and provider logs may persist independently).
