Scope Limits & Booking Notes
We remove what’s agreed. Surprise demolition is a terrible business model.
- Work is scoped for small, controlled demolition primarily performed by one operator.
- Specialized equipment, permits, and hazardous materials are separate when applicable and require approval.
- The written work order controls the final price.
- Hazardous or contaminated materials may require a surcharge or exclusion.
- Regulated abatements are not included unless separately qualified and contracted.
Service Categories
Service categories are for estimate routing. They do not carry separate flat-job prices.
- Interior demolition
- Roofing tear-off support
- Concrete support
- Framing support
- Siding support
- Deck / fence removal
- Handyman services
- Junk / property cleanout
- Construction site cleanup — the wall can go; the mess doesn’t get permanent residency
- Debris Removal Coordination — we know when to call in the big truck. Arrangement of third-party hauling or container service. Precision does not perform hauling or dump runs. Any coordination charge and third-party costs are disclosed for approval before booking.
Important Scope Limits
- Structural engineering, heavy civil, and large-scale commercial demolition are outside standard scope.
- Asbestos, lead, mold abatement, and regulated hazardous-material handling require separate qualification and contract.
- Contaminated or unknown materials may be declined or priced with surcharge after review.
- Concrete removal is limited to work within agreed job scope — not standalone heavy breaking without assessment.
- Light commercial only — no overclaiming specialty trade or industrial demolition capacity.
Conditions That Affect Booking
- Access difficulty — tight entries, stairs, long carries, or limited staging may require additional booked time.
- Material weight / volume — dense debris or high volume may require Debris Removal Coordination and third-party costs.
- Third-party disposal — dump, recycling, container, and transfer-station costs billed separately when applicable and approved.
- Timeline / urgency — rush scheduling may affect availability.
- Site conditions — weather, occupancy, utilities, and safety constraints reviewed before the work order.
